Libyan Woman Rape Victim?

This article and the photograph that accompanies it are remarkable.  Was this woman raped?  Maybe!  Maybe not!  She appeared last week and was apprehended by Libyan Government security personnel;.  I guess that may be their CIA or FBI.  Anyway, she is reported to have appeared before a Government Attorney General and released upon condition of her remaining quiet.  I immediately ask why she was released.  If the allegation of being raped by fifteen Gaddafi personnel was accurate and if his regime is so terribly cruel, why wasn’t she jailed and never heard from again.  Or if the rumors of the cruel Gaddafi people are correct, why wasn’t she raped against and as one blogger put it , “..murdered and fed to pet tigers!!”  So her we have her and I will simply remark upon her western style haircut, (very sophisticated) her designer dress, her jewelry and lipstick and nail polish!   Remarkable.
