IMF chief is arrested and this really important guy goes to an ordinary jail cell at the precinct. Wow! And he is a leading contender against Sarkozy for President of France and no body knows who he is and nobody cares, including the French, American, German, and British embassies. I guess they just thought to let the guy rot in jail. Then he is arraigned before a magistrate and denied bail! An amazing judgement when so many other “hollywood types” get bail? So they cart his @!@ off to Riker’s Island and keep him under very close scrutiny for ever minute so that the guy cannot take a dump without somebody watching. They said it was for fear of suicide or was it because they didn’t want him talking to anybody, calling anybody or the like? Then we read repeated statements (even from the US Government) that the accused, (who under our law is innocent until PROVEN guilty) – that he absolutely must resign his high power, prestigious, and internationally important job. So, as he languishes in Riker’s with the pimps, the perps, the bashers, bunglers and other bums, this guy is informed that maybe he will still be denied bail. He pleads for release and offers very stringent rules for himself. Still not enough. Then he finally agrees to resign his job and suddenly, like magic, he is granted bail. Meanwhile the NYC detectives are scouring the hotel room, cutting up pieces of the carpet in search of semen samples and otherwise spending an enormous amount of our Tax dollars in order to PROVE that they are right and this guy is a rapist? (I don’t think the LA police did that much for Nicole Simson) while her husband was riding his car all along the Freeway? And how quaint it is that at the exact same time that all this is happening, his rival for the Presidency of France announces that he and his lovely domesticated wife are having a baby and so they pose for photos as the perfect humble domestic French citizens while this guy is photographed as a thug, a rapist, and a criminal who forces himself on the poorest of the poor and the most helpless of the helpless. As a novelist, I could never have thought this stuff up but I wholeheartedly believe that politicians can!! Folks, I don’t care about this guy. But I watch out for myself and my children and grandchildren. And since all of them are part of the USA system, I am very vigilant about what that system does and is allowed to do. Now, I must wonder that if I am right and this is a political murder carried out in the public square using the forces of the system to destroy a political enemy– well, if the system can so easily be abused against the powerful, then I fear of what it is capable of being used to do against me and mine. Therefore, unlike the mob of pundits in the news who want this guy’s head on a spike, I want every single effort made to defend him, protect him from political murder and to prove him innocent (if he is innocent). Why? Because I thereby protect myself when my enemy accuses me of a crime that is very hard to disprove. I mean they were smart enough not to have the maid raped only attempted rape. At least in a rape you have the brutality to the body that is easily proved in such a short time. No, this is only attempted rape, one person’s word against another’s, with the police scouring the carpet for semen!! As a juror, such proof only indicates that he spilled himself onto the carpet! (forgive the bluntness of the statement but this is serious stuff.) So what now? Well, we spend a lot of time and a lot of money to prove to ourselves, (by the way is it clear that we little people are the victims in all of this as our rights are limited, our civil security forces used for political purposes and our taxes spent on a trial to prove to us we were right.) All the while, the perpetrators of this travesty are satisfied and have already moved on because their goal has been accomplished. This man is disgraced, he has resigned and his enormous power destroyed. Could it happen to us? Yes, it can and that is the only reason I am writing an approach to all of this that is plausible and must be considered.

This scene is beginning to look like a political murder attempt. Maybe his French friends want him out. This whole thing is so reminiscent of the political hack job done in the California political campaign against Meg Whitmann. The so-called victim there was also from the “poorest of South American countries..” who served the rich and powerful and then suddenly the maid got ethical and all of that. She went public with the alleged abuse of her (what was it) ten years of illegal alien “servitude” in the Whitmann household. Hey, this guy could buy a thousand high priced call girls. He could have customized sex with anybody he could pay. In France such paid sexual favors are honored. So one must ask why this guy would attempt to rape a “poor illegal immigrant maid in a NYC hotel.” Sure he is rich. Maybe he is also arrogant. Most definitely he is powerful. But is there not someone who dares to question the “setup” aspects of this affair. Where are the investigative reporters who are willing to be politically incorrect and delve very deeply into this poor innocent downtrodden abused woman”… from the poorest of South American countries…” who had absolutely no one idea at all as to the type of people at that hotel and of the power and importance they welded in the world in which she worked. Hey, I am the last to claim that the raped are guilty and the rapists are innocent. But like the California case this is just too convenient a scene. Add to it the French President’s “innocence” now that he is going to have baby. How sweet and family oriented while he is architect of massive bombing of Libya and the destruction of the Arab Muslim government there…a war that he claims is for civil rights and not for oil. The Republican party is a small party which is being made smaller by the independence of the Tea Party Movement. Many of the Congressmen and a few Senators won their election by getting backing from members of the Tea Party Movement. Now we read that this fellow Davis is able to have a “Line” at the ballot for the Tea Party. Now, this writer does not know how he can get that since there is no political party called the Tea Party?! What this trio seems to be is a classic political ploy by Democrats to divide the electorate and thereby guarantee the election of the Democrat. In such a situation the voter’s of this heavily Republican area are either going to allow themselves to be fools by his cynical ploy and thereby revealing their foolishness or they will reject Davis and deal with the two legitimate candidates on the issues. And the guy who indulged himself in silly affairs, well, he was just a plain idiot. But it is sad when leaders, like him and this IMF guy, think that they can have private lives while serving in a public position. One of the perks of public jobs is that you are not allowed such a luxury. Too bad that people who want to be private go public. There must be others who can do a better job. By the way, does anyone share my thought that Trump was a Democrat phony who took to the stage in order to dump Huckabee. I find it absolutely unbelievable that Obama showed his Birth Certificate because Donald Trump (ARE YOU KIDDING) demanded it!! I find it equally disturbing that Trump left the race for President as soon as he was sure that Huckabee was out? It is all too staged for me. It happened before with Ross Perrot and GHW Bush (41). Newt Gingrich speaks his mind. There is a sense of sincere integrity when he talks to a topic. It is often professorial and therefore intends to inform and be informed. Good teachers, and I think that Speaker Gingrich is a good teacher intend to have an exchange of ideas concerning the topic at hand. I think that is what Newt does and in a perfect world of reasonable people he would get a fair exchange of reason based discussion on any given topic. However, in the world of politics, a professorial approach is quickly turned into a “them and us” approach. Politics in the USA, at least under this Democrat administration, is not about finding the best way for America to govern itself. Instead, as with ObamaCare, it is Obama’s way only. All fair-minded Americans and I believe Speaker Gingrich to be fair minded, are required by Obama and his regime to first enact into law the Obama agenda BEFORE there can be civil discussion about the meaning and purpose of the Obama agenda. So, it is not unexpected that when Newt Gingrich is consistent with his 1993 position on healthcare insurance, people react with surprise and dismay. They are surprised because it is rare that a political figure is honest and honestly seeking discussion as to what is best for America and its self-government. They are dismayed because they conclude that such honesty will be rewarded with the standard political answers of stereotyping, labeling and name calling. In this blog May 16th, I called for Representative Paul Ryan to be drafted by the Republican party as its Presidential candidate in 2012. That was my feeling before Huckabee and Trump decided not to run. That is still my opinion, because Representative Ryan has the “right stuff” for America. What is the “right stuff”? Simply put, Representative Ryan loves America. Yes, “loves” is the word. He has the highest possible regard for the USA, its people, military, firefighters, and police. He serves honorably in the federal structure but he has a strong and healthy respect for the state and local governments. He is a man of ideas without being an ideologue. We have an ideologue in the White House now, and as is true of ideologues, Obama regards his own positions and agendas as the only TRUTH which must be enacted and enforced. Newt Gingrich is good for America. His intellect is highly regarded because he is an intellectual. His ideas for America are well thought out and consequential, although they may not be perfect. His perception of what needs fixing and what can remain is usually accurate, and his willingness to stand up and therefore stand out in the public square is a tribute to his conviction that American is a nation of ideas. In previous elections the citizens were presented with the idea that the Candidate’s “vision” for what America should be was most important. That “vision” concept was okay as long as the holder believed wholeheartedly in the country he sought to lead. Sadly, we learned from 2008, that the candidate we elected does not even like the America he inherited, (and not just the Bush years), that President Obama feels that the USA is fundamentally flawed, unfair, racist and in need of fundamental transformation. Many today now understand that the change was not from Republican to Democrat, nor from GW Bush to BH Obama but a change of regard for America. Now we understand that President Obama is not merely polite when he bows to sheiks and kings and emperors. He sincerely believes that America should bow to others. He sees us not as a “shining beacon of freedom” but merely as one of many nations, all of which are equally qualified to lead the world! And now that we understand that a “vision” can be the wrong vision, we are confronted with different criteria for Presidents. The primary criterion of 2012 will be honesty. Is the Candidate telling us the truth? Or does the advertisement mask a different reality? Is the glib speech of the President merely a carnival trick to entertain us while the truth is hidden behind the curtain? This writer believes that Newt Gingrich and Paul Ryan can be believed. So, as citizens we can be confident that what they tell us is their idea accurately reflects their intention. Now we will need to encourage them to lay out the details, (Ryan already has) and explain the meaning and implications of what they propose.

Is Paul Ryan In?
Paul Ryan is my endorsed candidate for the President of the USA. Huckabee is out. Trump is out. Gingrich made a huge error is his refusal to change his mind on mandatory health care. Romney refuses to acknowledge that his health care proposals bankrupt Massachusetts. So the old boys are falling fast. And the second tier? Santori is a nice guy but he lost his Senate seat and maybe like Nixon he can be the comeback kid, but not for me. Michelle Bachmann. Nice lady. A good conservative. Not afraid to stand out there and get battered while many of the men hide; a tea party endorser good for me. And then there is Congressman Paul Ryan. He went head to head with his party in order to get out the Ryan Plan. Not perfect but a hell of a lot better than no plan at all. ( Yes, Obama is trying to steal the major thrusts of the plan, but Obama is a perpetual copycat!) Give me the original. Congressman Ryan has held out in a State which is predominately Democrat. Why? I believe because his inner core of true Pro America values and his clearly obvious integrity, honesty and grit have been there for all to see. I think that his values are important because I want a President who loves American hands down and no questions asked! We do not need another President who is not proud of America, does not like the people of America, including police, firefighters, and military-all of whom President Obama has disdained in one forum or another. Ryan has also gone head to head with those who claim that entitlements cannot be creatively handled. His Ryan Plan shows that if we have the “guts” to do it, we can protect those who are currently entitled, fund for future entitlements and give to future generations a better, more generous and healthier America. How? By simple math and gutsy, good old American grit, which faces reality, analyzes the problem, generates creative and rock solid solutions and then applies the one thing that has always made America great COURAGE. Yeah, Obama can dismiss Congressman Ryan as a “Nice guy” and a “…man who wants to make himself America’s accountant…” But such mocking derision on the part of the President is itself demeaning to the office of President, shows the President to be more politician than statesman, and actually highlights a fact that is the reason why we need Ryan. He knows economics, he understands government, he is good with numbers and therefore he will be able to handled the 14 trillion-dollar Obama deficit. Ryan will be able to deal forcefully with our Chinese creditors. He will be able to curb our insatiable Federal workforce, while dealing with them fairly and as a fellow American. As a Congressman for many terms, Representative Ryan understands the spend and tax ways of the Executive Branch and the Congressional branch. Since, he was never a Governor, he will not be swayed by Executive privileges and therefore higher taxes. As a Congressman, he will not be swayed by spend and tax congressional profligacy. Representative Paul Ryan is not seeking the Presidency. He is thinking about the US Senate. GOOD. We really don’t need another former Senator with stars in his eyes to match his pearly white teeth. We need someone who will become President only when we drag him kicking and protesting. Paul Ryan would be honored to be our President but I don’t believe that he seeks it. He most certainly does not seek it for his glory, a refreshing wind in light of our current President and too many of the wantabe candidates. So crowd, take a look at Congressman Paul Ryan. And if you want a very qualified “accountant” Yes- we should never be ashamed to seek “professional” advice! and if we want a reasonable, center of the road, full blooded Pro America candidate, well, lets get him and drag him kicking and protesting into the White House. You know, history shows that in times of peril, those who most want the job are not the ones we need.
NATO Tells the Truth While Denying it is the Truth?!

The double speak of the NATO military Alliance against Libya must be exposed. As I wrote in these blogs before, that if one side always calls the other side “Liar” then there is no hope of reconciliation.
Sadly, it will be up to Russia to bring this to an end. President Obama of the USA is complicit in the aggression and racial war against Muslims, Arab Libyans. I hope that Putin, who has already spoken out against this aggressive Resource War, can overcome the reticence of the Russian President and act as the peace broker in this terribly unnecessary war. How can Obama be excused for his lack of leadership here. This is a Western Crusade against a Muslim Nation. How does the President sleep with himself? Maybe he takes a pill to smother his weakened conscience? President Obama can live up to the dream of the Noble Peace Prize by saying to NATO “Stop.” But he doesn’t! Is he a mafia chief? Is he a stooge of the big international oil companies? Is he the patsy for France and Britain? Whatever, he is? and I think a lot of people are wondering out loud about his duplicity, he is not the great moral leader he pretends to be. It is starting to look as though he is merely another two-bit Chicago mafia organizer!
Obama Cannot be Excused from Libyan “Resource War”
NATO is backed by the USA. Every time that they strike against the people of Libya, the USA has given the okay. This is a war of western imperialist colonialist France, England and Belgium against the people of Libya. It is a war of criminal aggression as clearly defined by the Geneva Accords, the Nuremberg Trials, and the United Nations Protocols against member States using their armed forces against member States. Let’s not forget that Libya has the greatest untapped oil reserves in North Africa, and its quality is rated as the “best”. This is a Resource War by the Western nations against Libya. The goal is the Oil. Amazing, that the USA Liberals are okay with this when they were violently opposed to Iraq because they said it was a Resource War! Also, this is a racial war against Arabs and Muslims. It is amazing that whenever the NATO forces are proved to have killed a lot of civilians, they claim that the target was a legitimate Command and Control center. Friends, we all remember that this started because the USA claimed that we needed to protect civilians caught up in the cross fires of a Libyan Civil war. Then the UN passed resolution 1973 which said that NATO (which is a Western European Military Alliance) could “…use all necessary military means to intervene…” Imagine that, a blank check for killing, slaughter and mayhem given to France, England and Belgium. Friends, look up on Google the horrific Colonialist and Imperialist history of these European Aggressors. This war borders on genocide. Why? Because of the arbitrary power given to NATO to define who is civilian and who is not. From the beginning the NATO European Military Alliance has defined the government of Libya as military and all of the rebels as civilians. Therefore, NATO feels justified in brutally attacking the military forces of the central Libyan government as they defend themselves against an armed rebellion. Please note that in the USA the use of armed force in an attempt to overthrow the Washington DC government is considered treason and the penalty is death. As a matter of fact, if an armed rebellion happened in the USA, the military would be authorized to use lethal force against armed USA citizens in order to put down the armed rebellion. Is there really a difference between Libya and USA in this matter? Yet, the self righteous Western NATO military alliance struts its stuff across the world stage as the savior of civilians in Libya saying that its efforts to deliver humanitarian assistance have resulted in 2300 military attacks against the central government of Libya, that’s right!- two thousand three hundred sorties against the government of Libya and in favor of the rebel army which is led by disgruntled former Libyan Security officers, and disaffected former Libyan Army officers. Shame on the USA for supporting such egregious criminal aggression against the innocent people of Libya. It is the civilians who are suffering the worst and NATO says it will help them with more missiles, bombs, and drone assassination planes. This can be ended. All the the USA President Obama has to say is STOP and all of this carnage will end.

Another stunning act of white European hypocrisy against Libya. This shows the complete lack of moral authority on the part of the Dutch “International” court. It is obviously a shameless and brazen army of Western Imperial Colonialism which is waging a “Resource War for Oil” in Libya but calling it humanitarian aid to civilians. Amazing that in Sierra Leone, nothing happens. In Darfur, nothing happens. But in oil rich Libya, the government defends itself against an armed rebellion, (you must surely know that in the USA, an armed attempt to overthrow the government is called treason and the punishment is death.). When the new attacks to try to murder Gaddafi were launched this week, NATO bragged that they had sent 2300, yes, two THOUSAND and three hundred bombs, missiles and drones against the government forces of Libya as they fight the armed rebellion. But as pointed out previously, peace is possible in Libya if Obama will only say the word, STOP. But he does not and will not because he is committed to this France and Britain led criminal aggression against Libya. Really folks, if the rebels were a real and wide-spread uprising of the people, why is the rebel army so very small, not supported by the true “civilians” who want peace and a return of their security? It is only reasonable to assert that the NATO effort is an illegal war, when a naval blockade, a no fly zone, and over two thousand three hundred sorties against Gaddafi have not produced a shattering of the tribal ruler-ship of the Libyan nation.
