I hope that he did!  Because if he did not know it indicates that he is even more out of touch with the day-to-day affairs of his administration than we thought.  Of course, he could blame all of it on George Bush!   Maybe it was Sarah Palin’s fault?  Maybe a conspiracy of the so-called Tea Party “terrorists”?!
