Is Sean Hannity the Only True Conservative?

Listening to Mark Levin, Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity today, I wondered if Sean is the only true conservative left?  I have great respect for Mark Levin.  He truly is the “Great One”  but his anger over the present budget deal threatens to side line him because he is focusing on a short term goal, the 100 billion. I  understand Mark’s position but I disagree.  The present budget is like this:  A person is about to cross the street.  Another person on the corner keeps shouting that he should not cross.  But a third person behind the first tells him it is okay.  So the person crosses and gets hit by a bus.  The person who said that it was okay simply shrugs and moves away.  But the one who shouted that he should not cross tries his best to revive him, but fails and is blamed by everyone for not being able to save the man who crossed the street.  It is the President who is supposed to propose the annual budget to Congress in a timely manner.  Obama did not.  The Democrat Congress under Pelosi and Reid did not.  The newly elected Republicans have tried to save the doomed budget process for fiscal 2011 but are failing.  They are doing their best and should not be blamed for Obama’s negligence and failure.  Like Mr. Levin, who is blaming the Republicans, Mr. O’Reilly is also blaming them.  But unlike Mark Levin, Bill O’Relly is revealing himself to be a fan and supporter of President Obama.  Daily in the No pin Zone, O’Reilly spins the news and the interviews, casting them in favor of Obama and against the Republicans.  Soon, O’Reilly will join the drones and blame everything on President George W. Bush. This leave Sean Hannity.  He is consistent in his critique of the Obama Administration and clearly supports Republicans, the Tea party movement and Conservatives.  But Sean too, is often very critical of the Republicans.  This writer agrees that the Present Budget deal is disappointing but the bigger and more important fight is the Ryan proposal for 2012 and the out years with a projection of 6 trillion in savings.  The pundits and talk show hosts, the bloggers and the commentators must unite and remain united NO MATTER WHAT because the Democrat response to the Ryan proposal will be vicious. There can no divisions, no Scott Brown, Olympia Snow Republicans who side with and vote for Democrat counter proposals.

Is Obama’s War Legal?

The Judge, filling in for Glenn Beck tonight, highlighted the idea that the Obama war in Libya is illegal.  The basics of his argument were that the Constitution gives the President the right to go to Congress for a Declaration of War when the supposed enemy  has attacked the USA, is about to or threatens to attack the USA, or can be shown to be a direct threat to the national security and sovereignty of the USA.  In the case of Libya, none of these factors are true, yet, the USA has launched 212 missiles against the sovereign state of Libya, dropped numerous bombs, attacked its navy and killed its army personnel. All of this is a usurpation of power by the President and in the Judge’s words, the spineless response of a broken Congress.

Obama Birth Certificate?

Tonight Bill O’Reilly wanted to dismiss the problem of President Obama’s birth certificate as not being important.  But it is important for the ordinary people of the nation.  Last month I needed to get a renewed driver’s license. I was required to provide six proofs of legality.  There was absolutely no way I could have said to the motor vehicle clerk that I had my private records sealed by a Judge and therefore they would not be able to see the six required proofs.  Indeed, I COULD have said that but then I would not be given a license.  Yesterday, a friend told me that he was called for jury duty.  The judged asked if he was a citizen.  He said, “yes.”  Now, consider that the judge asked if he were a citizen and therefore, if the judge did not believe him, I am sure the judge had the power to request proof of that citizenship, which for a natural-born citizen is his birth certificate.   A few years ago I was stopped by a State trooper.  He required of me a license, a vehicle registration and a proof of insurance.  I could not say that those documents were sealed by a judge.  He would not only have given me several tickets but would have told me to get out of the car and had the car towed to the impoundment area.  It is amazing that the President of the USA has his personal records under lock and key and sealed to outside eyes by a judge.  What is the President hiding?  It is a mockery of our USA legal system to use it to hide from the eyes of the citizens.  How can anyone follow the lead of a President who hides his school documents, his student loan applications, his school registrations and applications, and his birth certificate from the eyes of the people he rules ( sorry, I should have said, the people he serves, but sometimes Obama is more a ruler than a public servant)

NATO Aggression Against Libya A Crime.

The NATO forces are brutal aggressors against the Government of Libya.  The blatant attacks against the tanks and army of the central government of Libya are criminal aggression as defined by the international Geneva Convention. The Geneva Conventions were agreed to after WWII and clearly state that the armed forces of one nation which attack the armed forces of another nation without a Declaration of War are Criminal Aggressors.  The Nuremberg Trials that convicted the Nazi and the Fascists after WWII clearly state that Criminal aggression is a War Crime.  No NATO nation was attacked by Libyan government forces.  No embassy of a NATO country was attacked.  So the attacks on Libyan government tanks, personnel carriers, and ground forces are an unprovoked attack of a terrorist nature.  Additionally the Law of War which is the legal manual used by USA forces concerning the legality of offensive actions, states that it is legally wrong to violate the legal borders of a sovereign State without provocation.  The Arab nations and the world have good reason to decry and denounce the French, English and Belgium forces that are carrying out these attacks.  Remember that all three countries have a dark history of colonial imperialism and especially France and Belgium have a history of rapine murder and slaughter of civilians in Africa.  By their own statements and policy the NATO forces are siding with a rebellion against the Libyan central government.  This makes the NATO forces provocateurs, partisans, and terrorists.  Write your congress person to demand a stop to this war of criminal aggression in Libya.  No one can claim that humanitarian aid is being delivered by bombs, Gatling guns, missiles and the like.  These things are only deliver death and destruction.

Why Is Obama a Hater of Gaddafi?

There must be a reason why last year it was okay for the leader of Libya to come to the USA, stay here un harmed and not arrested and to address the United Nations.  But this year he is a Pariah and Obama and his people are doing everything to destroy him?  Obama launched the aggression without consulting Congress but instead he sought permission from NATO and the New World Order government in Brussels to use USA military.  Now he sends envoys to the rebels and their French supported rebel council but he does not send high level ambassadors to Gaddafi.  Now last year he did deal with Gaddafi as the legal head of State and this year he doesn’t.  It’s time for Barrack Obama to get real as a world leader and stop pandering to the likes of French colonialists and British imperialists.  The rebels are their proxies.  It is obvious that the rebels are not able to recruit the civilians into their rebellion.  They also are not of a size to defeat the government forces. Be bold Obama.  Send a high level envoy to Gaddafi and stop the carnage.  And PLEASE no more talk of our negotiating with him but at the same time announcing that the result of the negotiations must be his ouster or demise.  That is really silly.  If you were Gaddafi would you agree to such terms?

Obama Buy Mc Donalds But Citizens Pay

The announcement that Mc Donalds Corporation will hire fifty thousand low paid workers for the fast food chain is good news.  But it comes with a price.  Mc Donalds Corp is exempt from Obama Care.  Now some might say that this is very good government.  But this writer suggests that this is further proof of the crony capitalism of the Obama administration.  You and I are still required to buy into Obama Care.  But the Labor Unions are exempt, Mc Donalds is exempt and the whole State of Maine is exempt!  Is this equal treatment under the law?  It is not, it is a street kid in the White House making deals to make himself look good in time for re election.  But you and I and the small business owners of America are expected to abide by the law and pay the bill.  Shame on Obama.
