http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/romney-vows-us-renewal-obama-big-money-month-17414909?page=2 The truth is that Obama just does not tell the truth. He says he is for the little person but he spends all of his time with Hollywood rich people, ( Cloney and friends) Corporate Executives (Chairman of GE) the Wall Street Billionaires ( Warren Buffet) and the powerful (George Soros). It amazes me that so many people insist that Obama is a compassionate lover of the middle and lower classes. He is not. He came to the White House with 900 thousand and his rich friends have helped him to turn that into 12 million. Obama is a one percenter!!! Yet, it seems that especially middle-aged white women are always at his rallies with big broad smiles and lusty cheers as though he was the man of their dreams. Well, so much for sex appeal (Likeability?) in politics. Ok for you, if that’s your thing! But please do not confuse your libido fantasy with governing the USA. Obama uses our Air Force One plane at 178 thousand dollars each trip to go to Hollywood and have lunch with Movie stars, and dinner with Rock stars and raise millions of dollars while our military personnel are being killed daily in Afghanistan and our Ambassador and two Navy seals are murdered because Obama didn’t want to insult Muslim fanatics. And when they are murdered, the Obama administration takes out an advertisement in Libya apologizing for any hurt feelings that some crackpot film maker may have caused which the Obama people said justified the outrage that led to murders. Maybe that is why more males are for Romney, he stands up for America, he stands beside those he asks to serve in the military, and he does not blame others for his own failures. We need Romney for President and not the pick of rock stars, hollywood actors and enamored middle-aged white housewives.

No ROTC for Harvard
http://education-portal.com/articles/Coming_Out_in_ROTC.html The President of Harvard University looks forward to the return of military ROTC now that Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is repealed. I am a military Veteran of thirty years service. During Vietnam Harvard was not there for me. During the Iraq War, Harvard was not there for me. During the Afghan War, Harvard was not there for me. I feel that Harvard and schools such as Harvard should be denied the return of ROTC and should be refused any federal military related money for a period of not less than the time they refused to be there for ROTC. I am not one to profane the sacred graves of our military dead. As a US Army Chaplain during Iraq and Afghan Wars, I was distressed that Harvard and snobby elitist institutions like Harvard refused to serve our ROTC population due to Harvard’s so-called “offense” at the US military ban on open homo and lesbian and transgender (whatever) behavior. I often felt that the Harvard snobs should go to Afghanistan and Iraq where such behavior is not only banned but subjected to excommunication from the religion of Islam, and stoning by local Moslem congregants. Let the tenured Professors preach their message of sexual behavior to the Imams and the “Al Sadr’s” in those Moslem countries. But of course, they would not do that. Academics practice tolerance and intolerance behind the ivy walls of what were once Christian colleges like Harvard. They are tolerant of everything of which they themselves never need to experience and they are totally intolerant of anyone who suggests that intellectually and practically they are wrong.
Now that the number of students attending such schools as Harvard is much lower and the obscene costs for such attendance are exorbitant, Harvard wants once again to feed at the military feeding bin. For those who served and for those who returned and for those who served and were turned away from Harvard and never returned, I say NO WAY. Harvard should be denied any return of ROTC and Harvard should have every last penny of federal monetary assistance withdrawn. Yes, some students will be hurt. Let them enlist. If they want federal assistance and refuse to defend the nation, their request for federal money should be denied. Hey, you really should not have it both ways. Many others were refused because they were willing to serve in the military. Since you refuse to serve. Pay the price.
George W. Bush is not President
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/george-w-bush-favorable-rating-lowest-living-president-100010623.html A piece of true trivia. He is not President any longer. He is retired and although I am sure he has influence, he has decided that the most important thing now is his Presidential Library. I liked the man and I approved of his Presidency and under normal circumstances I would enumerate why I feel that way, I will not. Why?, because the writers of articles like this and the survey behind them do not care to analyze the reasons for the respondent’s opinions. What do you like and what do you not like? Why do you like this or that? What actions or inactions did you approve or disapprove? All of these things are lost in this kind of report because CNN and the surveyors just measure popularity. Do you like him or not like him? Hey, let’s all be fair and admit that in our job or family or community or even church, that there are people who simply do not like us. They may not know us. They may not ever have spoken to us. They may not know anything about what we think and why we think it. But they do not like us. It is like when we were children and there were kids on the block that everybody knew were not likeable. And there were kids in the school playground that everybody knew were not to be played with. And in the classroom, everybody knew not to talk to this person or sit at the same table with that person. Childish? Obviously! Sadly, such things among children can lead to abuse and bullying. The young girl in South Hadley, Massachusetts, who committed suicide was a victim or being disliked because everybody knew that she was not to be liked. We reject such thinking as dangerous for children. Is it dangerous for a nation.
BlogTalkRadio Program
This writer also broadcasts a half hour radio broadcast on Blogtalkradio. Granted it is not regularly but I, like you, have to make a living. I like the comment on my blog today that said, “writing is the only work that is not criticized for not making money” Anyway, if you care to tune into the program, it is on Blogtalkradio.com and the title is Considerations. I also broadcast a rock and roll radio program using radionomy. It is a non DJ program so all you hear is music, not even adverts yet because the listenership is low but it is a great station and works real good as background music while you are on the computer. It’s at Radionomy.com and the title is “Uplifting” If you like either program please let me know via the “like” botton. Thanks
What’s With the Gay Thing?
http://news.yahoo.com/jim-parsons-gay-10-relationship-213706907.html First the disclaimer: I do not hate gays, actually, I try not to hate anyone. Second: I do not know the fellow featured in this article and I do not wish him any ill. Third: I do not care what his sexual habits are!
I titled this article as a question because I am getting confused as to the passionate desire of our culture to snoop into other people’s private lives. Why are we fixated on the bedroom? We are not fixated on the potty. At least I do not think we are interested in what this fellow uses to wipe his ass. If he or any heterosexual person engages in sex, I really do not care what lubricant they use or which brand of condom. Yet, we get all hyped up to know that any particular male person engages in anal sex or oral sex with another male and we are thrilled that it is a ten-year long process. At least that is the breathless way this article is written. I read it because I wanted to know what is the fuss? And reading it I felt dirty, as though I was peeking into their bedroom and watching them conjoin. As I write this, there are probably hundreds of people in my town engaging in various forms of sex. So what! I mean really, folks, this fixation with Gays is adolescent.
And just one more thing. Again, the disclaimer, ( it seems we always need to defend ourselves these day), I do not care about the sexual habits of others. Yet, I wonder what it is that our society and its voyeuristic culture wants to promote. You see, I am able to write this blog and this man is able to have a ten-year relationship with another man because we had a father and mother. We were not born because we had father and father. Females are absolutely essential for the continuation of the species. And although Hilary Clinton thinks that it takes a village to raise a child, it starts with sex between a man and women and then a family. Yes, the family is faulty but so is the community. It is time to stop acting like twelve-year-old with binoculars peering into this handsome man’ or that beautiful woman’s bedchamber. And in so doing, let’s get away from the grunt and sweat of sex and pay attention to things that enhance our communities, like Art, Science, Literature, and even Religion and Philosophy.
Are Gay Couples the Same as Hetero
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/family/9131683/Gay-actor-and-City-high-flier-fight-over-separation-payout.html This is a very interesting article out of United Kingdom (UK) about what happens when gay couples get divorced. It neatly presents a unique perspective that is one being debated in USA. Namely, are gay couples who get married the same as heterosexual couples who get married? Read the interesting arguments of both parties to this divorce suit. It is very informative to the continuing argument going on here in USA.
