I am not a Disgrace to Women

I have copied this from someone’s facebook and think it’s brilliant…So agree … written Liz Ardnt

I am not a “disgrace to women” because I don’t support the women’s march. I do not feel I am a “second-class citizen” because I am a woman. I do not feel my voice is “not heard” because I am a woman. I do not feel I am not provided opportunities in this life or in America because I am a woman. I do not feel that I “don’t have control of my body or choices” because I am a woman. I do not feel like I am ” not respected or undermined” because I am a woman.
I AM a woman.
I can make my own choices.
I can speak and be heard.
I can VOTE.
I can work if I want.
I control my body.
I can defend myself.
I can defend my family.
There is nothing stopping me from doing anything in this world but MYSELF.
I do not blame my circumstances or problems on anything other than my own choices or even that sometimes in life, we don’t always get what we want. I take responsibility for myself.
I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a friend. I am not held back in life but only by the walls I choose to not go over which is a personal choice.
Quit blaming.
Take responsibility.
If you want to speak, do so. But do not expect for me, a woman, to take you seriously wearing a pink va-jay-jay hat on your head and screaming profanities and bashing men.
If you have beliefs and speak to me in a kind matter, I will listen. But do not expect for me to change my beliefs to suit yours. Respect goes both ways.
If you want to impress me, especially in regards to women, then speak on the real injustices and tragedies that affect women in foreign countries that do not that the opportunity or means to have their voices heard.
Saudi Arabia, women can’t drive, no rights and must always be covered.
China and India, infanticide of baby girls.
Afghanistan, unequal education rights.
Democratic Republic of Congo, where rapes are brutal and women are left to die, or HIV-infected and left to care for children alone.
Mali, where women can not escape the torture of genital mutilation.
Pakistan, in tribal areas where women are gang raped to pay for men’s crime.
Guatemala, the impoverished female underclass of Guatemala faces domestic violence, rape and the second-highest rate of HIV/AIDS after sub-Saharan Africa. An epidemic of gruesome unsolved murders has left hundreds of women dead, some of their bodies left with hate messages.
And that’s just a few examples.
So when women get together in AMERICA and whine they don’t have equal rights and march in their clean clothes, after eating a hearty breakfast, and it’s like a vacation away that they have paid for to get there…
This WOMAN does not support it.

Fake News, Russian Hack, Whatever?!

We seem to have coined brand new categories of concern in 2016. The terms “Fake News” and “Russian Hack” have enter the public vocabulary. But are these items representative of something real?

What is “fake News”? This term points to Internet news sites that pretend to present incorrect or false information as news. The intention is for the reader to believe that the site is reporting about something that existed, or that happened. However, in fact,  “Fake News” did not happen and the reported item does not exist. “Fake News” is itself fake. It does not exist. It did not happen. The connection of the word “fake” and “news” is not logical. If it is fake, it is not News. If it is News, it is not fake. So what is this thing labeled “Fake News”?  It is a lie. We need to stop using the term “Fake News” and call it what it is, namely, a lie.

This leads to the second item that is being bantered about in our media, “Russian Hack.” What is a Russian Hack?  More specifically, what is meant by the concept that the “Russians hacked the USA elections.” Is this news? Is it a lie? Did it happened? What happened? Did it have an effect on anything? If this is “Fake News” than it is simply a lie. If something happened, what is the “something” that happened? It is not obvious to this writer that anything happened. It is not clear that if something happened, that the “Russians” did it. By the way, who are these Russians supposed to be? Is it  the government of Russia? Is it some citizens of Russia? Is it Americans who speak Russian? Is it the bogeyman? None of this is clear, and it is suggested that none of it may have happened. It may all be a lie?

But you respond, “How can you be so foolish to deny that Russian government “hackers” invaded the Internet Servers of Americans?” After all, the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA) says it happened. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) says it happened. Some people have reported that all the intelligence agencies of the USA government say that it happened. But still the question is, “What happened?” The answer is that Emails and internal correspondence of the Democrat National Committee (DNC) were retrieved from their Internet Servers and these Emails and correspondence were publicly shared by an organization named Wiki Leaks. This reported retrieval of data from the DNC servers was done by someone using a process called “hacking.” This “hacking” could have been done by a DNC insider, one of billions of Internet users, or someone else, including the intelligence agencies of the USA or the Russian Republic. And how do we know this? It is because the intelligence agencies of the USA, who are themselves expert hackers, tell us it happened. So, we are recipients of information from our intelligence hackers that other intelligence hackers hacked us.

Where does all of this convoluted information leave us?  Nowhere!  However, the hysteria of what is called “Fake News” and what is called “Russian Hacking” has created a precedent that directs news agencies and even whole departments of a government to pursue something that does not exist. What to do? Slow down! Investigate, examine and evaluate information presented and seek to answer the fundamental question. “Is this truth or is this not truth?” Until these two questions are answered, all of the insistence by the various political groups that a person MUST accept the concept of “Fake News” or “Russian Hacking” should be considered propaganda worthy of Goebbels of the Hitler era.

Are Old Line, Hard Line, Republicans and Their Minions Trying to Trash Rand Paul?

I follow Senator Rand Paul’s run for the nomination of the Republican Party. I find the lack of coverage for Senator Paul to be not merely amazing but alarming. It seems to this writer that the powerful and the entrenched interests of the Republican party are working very hard to trash Senator Paul’s campaign.
Senator Paul is a powerful political figure in his own right. He is the person who is setting the agenda for the campaigns of all candidates. This is because he is the most original, freedom minded, logically consistent candidate among an overcrowded field. His political positions on the issues that most matter, namely: race and prison, drugs and mandatory sentencing, legalized marijuana, ISIS and the Middle East, Planned Parenthood, and refashioning our income tax system …
Well, his proposals are original, and based upon a freedom loving, individual rights, anti politically correct stance which is forcing the other candidates to take positions contra-Rand Paul. The fact that so many hard line, old line, entrenched members of the political class are attacking him indicates the power of his innovative proposals.
Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O Reilly and to a lesser extent, Megan Kelly, have set up a kill zone of ambush and attack against Senator Paul. All of these people are directly responsible as contributors to Barrack Hussein Obama’s victory in 2012. In that election cycle they all set absurd “conservative” standards for Governor Romney which when unmet insured his rejection by the conservatives. Mitt wasn’t conservative enough, so said Hannity. Mitt is not a Limbaugh conservative, so said Rush. O Reilly was a little more fair but constantly intoned that Romney couldn’t win, and well, Megan Kelly wasn’t really influential back then.

So, yes, these so called pundits and commentators allow Senator Paul to be interviewed but each time they try, as Miss Megan did, to undermine his integrity and political acumen. Miss Kelly even had the female Bush press secretary, what’s her name again?, come on and say that Senator Paul didn’t have the courage and fortitude to be President. (Shame, Shame.) As a fact, I remember Miss Megan wagging her finger in scold as she accused Senator Paul of scolding. (She kept the wagging finger below the camera angle but it still could be seen)
Am I angry? Well, I try not to be angry. But I am getting resentful of TV personalities telling me what to think, how to think, or even worse, not to think!
It is as though these good folk, as O’Reilly calls us, well, referring to them, it seems to these good TV folk that us folks at home are uninformed and ignorant. Not so, Bill. We know what we are about, and we are beginning to wonder what you folks are about? Are you censoring Senator Paul because in “you’s all folks opinion” he is not the “man”?
Friends, just for information, as I write this I am listening to, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Led Zepp, the Righteous Brothers, Pink, Nate Ruess, Michael Jackson, Cher, Mahalia Jackson, and the like. Just a hour ago I was listening to Brahms violin concerto and last night I viewed Princess Micheal of Kent on YouTube. She has a very interesting new book. Why do I include this? I just thought to let you know a little about me. It seems that a survey site called You Gov. is always asking me about my preferences in music and movies.
Anyway, if you have read this far, I thank you. Your time is precious and I appreciate that you found this interesting enough to wade through it all. You are a friend. I do not intend to insult or disparage others. I only intend to put out my thought into the public square, or as my friend Rev. Father John Neuhaus called it in his book, “the Naked Public Square”. By the way it is a book worthy to be read. (Yes, the title is The Naked Public Square.” )
So friends, peace to you and God bless. Let’s keep up our vigilance and not let others decide who will be in the White House. We have the vote, and although I am beginning to wonder as to the integrity of the vote tally, I still will stand fast for our rights as Americans.

Why the Republicans Lost in 2012

Rick Santorum and the conservative right are the reason the GOP lost the last election.  They refused to back the agreed upon front-runner.  They did not work for him after he was chosen and they refused to vote for him on election day.  The conservative right complains that the left will not cooperate but it is equally true of them.  Santorum attacked Romney so viciously that Rick couldn’t honestly overcome the visceral nature of his attacks.  So, he and his followers and moneyed backers simply licked their wounds and went home sulking to come out and fight again this time.  The same is true of Gingrich, Ron Paul, (not Rand) and of most other conservatives.  Limbaugh, Hannity and Levin never really backed the agreed upon candidate.  Limbaugh eventually agreed that although Romney was not really a Limbaugh conservative (and therefore, not really conservative enough) nonetheless, Limbaugh agreed that Romney was the best Republicans had.  It was a veiled rejection of Romney, I believe.  Hannity, never really backed Romney until the very end, and then only with the same caveats as Limbaugh.  Levin, the same.  I guess, you need to believe, like Obama does, that you are the only person who is right and pure and righteous.  I guess you need to believe that the 595 members elected to the Congress by the people are the enemy.  And, like Obama, you can rule the nation with your selected ideas, subjecting the people to your imperial will.  So, here we go again with various factions of the electorate rallying to their narrowly defined “preferred” candidates…all good,  that is the American way….but if the Republicans agree to one of them at the convention and then the factions refuse to work for the candidate, refuse to donate and just go home, sulk and refuse to vote, then the Republicans will lose again.

The good news is that the Republican party is a society of thinkers, poets, progressives, moderates, liberals, conservatives, libertarians, and many others.  It is not a party of single minded thinking and locked in step obedience to the leader.  The Republican party is a true reflection of the American people who are themselves a people with varying opinions, religions and political philosophies.  The Republican party are fighters for their beliefs.  This also is good news because we need people of conviction willing to wrestle for their positions in the public square of ideas.  Sadly, this writer believes, that the Democrat party is of one mind.  It is the mind that is defined by the leadership and to which all Democrats bow.  The Democrat party is not reflective of the variety of positions within the populace.  Oh yes, individual Democrats may personally believe this or that idea, or think that this or that method is better than the one officially endorsed by the party.  But the Democrat will always support the official position of the party no matter their own personal beliefs.  This locked in step obedience to the party is why Democrat Senators and Congress persons were willing to pass Obama- care without reading it.  They were told by “you cannot know what is in the bill until you pass it…” Nancy Pelosi and “Dead on Arrival if it does not agree with me” Harry Reid…that they must vote yes.  And all Democrats did as they were told to do.  Obama and the Democrat party leadership said to jump and they responded, “how high and how fast?”.  It didn’t matter if the Democrat person thought that Obama-care was good or bad.  The only thing that mattered was the decision of the Democrat party leadership.  That decision was to be obeyed without question.

Too bad for America that our people seem to think that absolute obedience to the Democrat party leaders is better than public debate, public wrestling and public disagreement.  We are a people growing too willing to live in the cartoon world of Barney and Dora and the Disneyland of fairy tales without any difficult characters. Is that the result of the Disney iszation (I know it is not a word) of our society?  Some say, we are becoming too soft minded, all messy inside our heads.  Some say, that males are being tamed and “feminized” and that the wilderness character of people like Davey Crochett, Kit Carson, Abraham Lincoln, Lewis and Clarke is lost.  In response, the tea party movement has tried to revive interest in our founders, such as Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison- seeing in them the successful nation that arose from their religious, philosophical and political struggles.

America today is facing an election for the House and Senate.  Hopefully, there will be lively and vibrant debate.  However, it must be a debate about ideas.  The presentations must be cogent, coherent and convincing.  The facts must be true and not created by “talking point” mentors who tell our politicians what to say to which group today, only to slightly modify it for the next group tomorrow.  And there absolutely must be an end to name calling, stereotyping, and feigned co-opting which has been so readily apparent with Obama, who says that Republicans must cooperate with him because he wants to cooperate with them, but, the same day, he tells the crowds that the Republicans are recalcitrant, red necked, backward and obstructionist who are to be blamed for everything from the state of the economy to the state of the weather.  (Did you notice how adroitly the Democrat party crafted the narrative that hurricane Katrina was the fault of the Republicans.  Katrina was President Bush’s hurricane and by careful inference, they said that all of results of Katrina were his fault.  And have you noticed that Mayor Nagin, the Democrat hero of Katrina, fled to Texas during the storm and is now under Louisiana and federal indictment for criminal activity before, during and after Katrina?  Amazing, to this writer, that Nagin’s  indictment is getting meager coverage by the major news media!!)

The run up to the 2014 election must reject the prevalent immorality of our Obama administration which evidently knew that Benghazi was a well planned terrorist attack against our embassy with the intention of murdering our ambassador, yet went to the United Nations and blamed it on an amateur You Tube video.  The 2014 election debates must refuse to accept the concept that our UN Ambassador must be promoted to the  National Security Council  because she obediently went on the Sunday Talk Shows and repeated the lie that the Obama Administration wanted all of us to believe.  We must reject political advertising that portrays people like Congressman Ryan as pushing our wheel-chaired grandmothers over the cliff.  And most certainly, we must reject the guilt be association that blames Hilary for President Clinton’s having oral sex with a young female White House intern. And we must also reject life style morality debates, especially over gay and lesbian and transgender issues.  However, as least for this writer, I do think that the place of these issues in the public school curriculum and the methods and age appropriateness of what is taught about these issues,- I believe, these to be legitimate issues for research and high level discussion and debate.  Yes, even political debate, although it is all too often not high level.

Finally, I’d like to make a simple statement about the race issue.  It should be a non issue.  As long as we keep it in the forefront as an issue, then racism continues.  Do we see a yellow man or a man who’s ancestry is Asian?  Do we see a black woman, or a woman who’s ancestry is black skinned.  What is an African anyway?  Egyptians, Libyans, Moroccan’s, Tunisians are Africans but they are not black.  Is African a racial characteristic?  Do we really want to say that it is?  Is it accurate?  Is Africa a continent or a country?  Is a Nigerian the same ethnicity as a Congolese? What is black, anyway?  Is it a racial characteristic?  Do we really want to say that it is?  Is it accurate? New Guinea aboriginals are black but they are not African.  Many peoples in India are dark brown or even black skinned but they too are not Africans.  I know Italian friends who get really dark skinned in the Summer.   The race debate is meaningless and President Obama, who thinks that many American citizens reject him because he is black skinned, is not helping.  I remember when the Cambridge Massachusetts police arrested a university professor.  President Obama said openly that the white policeman acted wrongly.  Obviously, our President saw it as a racial issue because he cast it as a white policeman acting wrongly against a black university professor.  That was the start of racial division politics from then till now.

Ok, I think I have wandered a little in this blog.  But at least it is out there for you to read, ponder and respond, if you care to engage.

There is a lot a stake in our nation.  We are under going a national wrestling match which may result in a “pin” or a technical win.  But to use another metaphor, it will not result in a knock out punch.  Nor should it.  Because a pin in wrestling is a win of strength that does not unduly hurt nor seek to destroy the opponent.  A knock out is a knock out. ( Yes, I know this is not the best analogy. If you care for another share it.!  I just hope you get the idea.)  I think we need to wrestle with each other but we do not need a fist fight  and definitely not a brawl.

Hilary Clinton is an Old Woman

http://news.yahoo.com/ap-interview-clinton-raps-benghazi-critics-084552064–politics.html

It is time for those of us, and I too am 65, to give over and let the younger generation have a time at bat.  This is why I am appalled by those who want to run Hilary Clinton in 2016.  By then she will be 70 and frankly, although I too, do not think of myself as old, nonetheless, she and I are old, and it is time to give over the world to our children.

Regarding Benghazi, it seems to me that she should just move on and be a grandmother.  Her last grandstand is merely a revenge tactic against fellow citizens who do not agree with her view of what happened and what we can do about it.  She is merely trying to focus attention upon her critics and not upon the facts.  And this is doubly egregious since her whole speech is about the real world and the facts.  Yet, she is spinning about others and ignoring the false information from President Obama about the video, and the false talking points from some bogey man in the CIA, and the false statements on national television by the USA UN ambassador, and the weeks of administration insistence upon the video and the mob.

Mrs. Clinton lashes out at others as being not realistic, while she and the Obama administration attempted to blind fold the American public to the facts of Benghazi and her own and President Obama’s failure to treat the attack realistically.  She, and Obama, and the joint chiefs and the CIA and the FBI were all watching the events as they were happening.  It is the same as watching a person on a public street being attacked by a gang of four knife wielding crooks and doing nothing about it.  Because that is what she and President Obama did, they watched it happen, did nothing about it and went to bed as our citizens were tortured and brutally murdered at our embassy in Libya.

Mrs. Clinton should not be allowed to escape the verdict of the people that she and President Obama failed, and that they covered up by lying to the Press and the American people.  Both she and all involved should not be allowed to turn the tables on her accusers.  She and President Obama were in charge, our military was at the ready and it was Mrs. Clinton and President Obama who failed to grasp the gravity of the real life situation and instead waited for some kind of magical solution as they watched our citizens die in Benghazi.

This writer is not a Clinton hater and I know that many admire Mrs. Clinton for standing by her man during the Monica Lewinsky scandal.  Nonetheless, Benghazi is something that we cannot ignore in an attempt to “honor” a spurned wife.  Some would ask why I bring up the impeachment over the Lewinsky scandal.  Some would ask why I bring up Mrs. Clinton’s own evaluation and scathing criticism of Obama when she was running against him.  I do it because history is real and no amount of good intentions or fervor in favor of a particular person should blind us to the facts.  In fact, Mrs. Clinton’s parting speech says the same thing.  However, she wants to apply the rules to others but not to herself.  Well, friends, that is not real.

Anita Hill and Hollywood

http://shine.yahoo.com/the-thread-hit-list/a-smiling-anita-hill-shows-up-at-sundance-204556971.html

The film’s angle, said the director after the screening, is all about “looking at the next generation of people, looking at the next generation of issues and getting it right,” in terms of gender inequality.
The director the film is telling us HIS problem.  The people of the USA had it right then and have it right now.  We, the people are for each other and as the saying goes we “have each other’s back.”  It is the Hollywood crowd that has it all wrong.  They think of themselves as “Stars” or as “Very talented” or as the ‘Hollywood Royalty’  or the “Elite”.  Actually, they are actors and actresses making a living by performing for other people’s entertainment much like an automobile worker makes cars or a garbage person takes away the trash.  No better and no worse.  However, to hear them tell it, we, the people have it wrong regarding our values and they are going to show us the error of our ways and point us to the brightness of their light.  (Funny, how they attack religion as being preaching when what they do, day and night, is preach, preach, preach.)  For them, there are the super stars, the super rich, the super successful.  For them, there are the “has beens, the B grade” actors and actresses.  For them, there are those who are sought after and those who are shunned.  Their inordinate pride is amazingly self-centered and therefore fundamentally narrow and most of the time unwarranted.  Yes, we the people got it right years ago during the hearing for Clarence Thomas who was the first Black man to become a Justice of the Supreme Court and who was set upon by the bigotry of Senator Kennedy and his cabal of cronies in the Senate.  And we get it right every day as we live, work and socialize with each other down here in the lowlands where the PEOPLE actually live.  By the way, Mr Director, who set you up as the teacher who is going to show the rest of us how to get it right?  Take a look at your own house first.  How many women are Directors of movies, or heads of production studios?  It seems to me that Hollywood’s Directors are predominantly white males, and that Hollywood administrative structures are exclusively white males.

By the way, Anita looks fabulous in the photo.  Good for her and we are all glad she made a success of her life.  However, sadly, she very publically tried to make a disaster of another person’s life.  Funny that Justice Thomas, whose wife is white, should have been accused by the Kennedy cabal of being a sexist and racist?!  For some perspective on those we once called our leaders, read Killing Kennedy by Bill O Reilly concerning John and Robert Kennedy.  Sections of it also treat of The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his deeds of self-indulgence in the dark.  The book is very factual, and very enlightening concerning those who would accuse others of misdeeds.  The book restates an old adage that those who accuse others are probably doing it themselves and even worse than those they accuse.

George W. Bush is not President

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/george-w-bush-favorable-rating-lowest-living-president-100010623.html  A piece of true trivia.  He is not President any longer.  He is retired and although I am sure he has influence, he has decided that the most important thing now is his Presidential Library.  I liked the man and I approved of his Presidency and under normal circumstances I would enumerate why I feel that way, I will not.  Why?, because the writers of articles like this and the survey behind them do not care to analyze the reasons for the respondent’s opinions.  What do you like and what do you not like?  Why do you like this or that?  What actions or inactions did you approve or disapprove?  All of these things are lost in this kind of report because CNN and the surveyors just measure popularity.  Do you like him or not like him?  Hey, let’s all be fair and admit that in our job or family or community or even church, that there are people who simply do not like us.  They may not know us.  They may not ever have spoken to us.  They may not know anything about what we think and why we think it.  But they do not like us.  It is like when we were children and there were kids on the block that everybody knew were not likeable.  And there were kids in the school playground that everybody knew were not to be played with.  And in the classroom, everybody knew not to talk to this person or sit at the same table with that person.  Childish? Obviously!  Sadly, such things among children can lead to abuse and bullying.  The young girl in South Hadley, Massachusetts, who committed suicide was a victim or being disliked because everybody knew that she was not to be liked.  We reject such thinking as dangerous for children.  Is it dangerous for a nation.

USA Intervention prolongs Tyrany and Prevents Democracy

It is this authors opinion that the progress of democracy is inevitable.  I also believe that it is the best form of government for all people’s worldwide.  Additionally, I wholeheartedly support efforts to educate, advocate and promote peaceful democracy worldwide.  However, war is a terrible thing and as we learned in our own Revolution and Civil War a great many people die prematurely for something which is so inevitable that we do not need bloodshed for its achievement.  And for those conservative pundits who argue with me on this, well!  Have you been in the US military?  Is your child in the US military?  Have you been confronted with the agony of mobilization and deployment?  Yes, I have and so have my children.  So, before we go wrapping everything in the flag, let’s talk. Okay.

Democracy has many forms, including limited democracy such as a real monarchy, and on to parliamentary democracy and a Republic like the USA.  However,  there is not one form that fits all societies.  A tribal system such as Libya and Iraq may not be historically, culturally or ethnically suited for USA style democracy.  Rather, ethnic, cultural, religious and societal uniqueness may require that democracy be tailored to the local situation.

And I completely agree that many societies in the Middle East of our world are seeking a greater form of democratic society.  However, in distinction from my colleagues, I suggest that democracy was and is inevitable in these societies and that the modern interconnected Internet world, would and will, sooner than later, achieve that democracy, worldwide.  However, in many countries and societal situations the so-called “powerful” need to learn the new methods of power and government.  It is my belief that they would have, and they will learn the modern way without violence, bloodshed and death.  It is inevitable.

But, many object, that in the societies of the Middle East, it is taking too long.  First, I ask you, if you are a citizen of the country you criticise?  If not, shut up.  It is none of your business and don’t spout the crap about “you are your brothers keeper”.  When you leave your USA armchair and travel to the streets of the struggle and face the bullets, then maybe, and only maybe, then you will have a little right to speak.  Hey, brother, please don’t tell me what I must die for.  You die in my place, okay? And then, I will religiously lay a wreath at your grave. Deal?

It is this author’s opinion that much of the violence and the death happening worldwide and especially in the Mid East is caused by geopolitical aims and seeks to falsely use democracy as the excuse for the extension of a western economic imperial model that has nothing to do with the “quality of life” of the protagonists and a lot to do with the wealth and continued economic imperialism of western governments and corporations.

Rather, let’s not arm the rebels.  Let’s educate them on civil organization and political reality.  But, you say, that we tried that and it failed.  Did it?  In my opinion, it did not fail. It simply did not meet our expectations.  We will need to extend our timelines and get real about what is possible now and what can only be achieved later.

Friends, I will not dictate that for which you must die.  Rather, I will do everything I can to promote your freedom within the context, society and culture in which you live.  In the end, the result will be the same because freedom and I believe, democracy, are inevitable.

China to Take Trillions from America

This article was sent to me via e-mail and I share it with you because I have read Porter Stanberry and he is very often right on target.  He is not a prophet nor the son of a prophet but he does considerable research on the financial markets and his world view is large enough to allow him to see major trends before they are obvious to the general public.  Of late Porter has been very worried about the welfare of the US citizen and the financial future of our nation. He is a red-blooded America and he loves his country.  However, his projections are dire warnings that we need to be more business like in our government.  Read what he has to say.

Interpol and Gadalfi

http://news.yahoo.com/gadhafi-son-denies-interpol-allegations-170354685.html

I have gotten a lot of flak for my defense of the Libyan Government.  And YES it is still the Libyan government recognized, until France and Britain and the USA waged wage against it, bombed its cities and its citizens into submission and imposed its own Paris based (read the history of these guys.please) puppet goverment it   yes, I am disgusted by the lemming nature of USA people to buy into the propaganda of the news media. For instance, the media says it found the grave of one thousand convicts slain by the Libyan government but this is not affirmed by the International Red Cross and other agencies, therefore in admissible ..hey fair is fair…Cameron and Sarkozy have the gall to fly to Libya in a show of victory over the legal government of Libya…how did they win, they won by deception and conspiracy with the United Nations to save the civilians of Libya while they actually used the cover of resolution 1973 to wage brutal illegal aggression against Libya and bombed and destroyed the cities and roads and infrastructure of a modern Libya, WHY…OIL, OIL,  OIL..Get real… And the Western secular governments of France and Britain and the USA have used every “legal” tactic to dis credit the legal Libyan government of Gadalfi…hey, I am NOT a fan of the man, but facts are facts, and this writer does not buy the propaganda of lazy lamestream media reporters who never leave their safe hotels rather they report from the drinking bar…get real folks that is what is happening…And now, we have foolish Senator Mc Cain running to Libya on the American taxpayers back and having him proclaim that we, (translated to mean the American Taxpayer) must be committed to the so-called revolutionary government …(translate that to mean that the US Congress is going to send billions of US tax dollars to Libya).  Now maybe, if the billions of US tax dollars could be shown to feed the hungry and clothe the naked and house the homeless, Okay!  But let’s get real. The billions will be used to increase the bank accounts of the new rulers of Libya and fill their Paris based coffers with American gold while we in USA are jobless and under Obama, becoming homeless.
